SHRIVE docs

Brand

Payment release blocked

This source targets the NU6.3 Ironwood pool and a signature claim that keeps the saved code private. The ZEC API is hard closed. Do not send payment. Rust compilation, live Ironwood receipt, reserve and claim integration, host validation and independent review remain UNVERIFIED. See the Zcash advisory.

SHRIVE: save a code, pay in Ironwood ZEC, then claim on 4663. The name is the mechanic. The watcher sees received amounts and memo hashes; the code stays private; the identifier, caller, recipient and signature are public at redemption.

Status

The mark

A lattice square with an ember line: the mark and the motion both come from that one idea. Near-black is the confessional, the lattice and the frame. Ember is the coin and the light that leaks through the holes. The collectible is matte and exact, a private brand with working machinery behind it, quiet rather than hyped.

Drawn by docs/js/docs-tile.js, the same lattice-and-mask art the main site's js/snag-lab.js uses. No contract is deployed yet.

Colour tokens

The site's own chrome, the near-black pages this documentation and the landing page sit on. Dark theme only.

TokenMeaning
--groundThe page background. Near-black, never pure black.
--inkText and quiet parts. The warm off-white that reads as the site's real text colour.
--accentThe coin, the ember line and the piece. The one ember that appears as fill and, contrast-checked, as text.
--tintA dark ember-brown ground for callouts and code.
--glowGlow and highlight only, such as the active page marker and the light behind the lattice. Never used for text.
--cardThe lattice and the frame's own surface. Matte graphite, not white.

Piece artwork palette

docs/js/docs-tile.js draws every sample tile from this palette, all flat fills, no gradients, no filters and no outlines; nothing in the picture is a face. This is the whole palette, and nothing else appears in the artwork.

GroupHex valuesWhere it is used
Ground#0A0A0BThe tile's own background, and the ground behind the pane's dim shape.
Graphite#151517The frame's base fill.
Line#26262AThe frame's inner ring, and the lattice slab itself.
Ink soft#9A948CThe dim shape behind the lattice: the coin, the candle, the note, the key.
Ember#E0452BThe strand the tile hangs from.
Glow#FF8A5BThe ember line across the pane, and the candle's own flame.

Type

Display headings set in Geologica. Body copy in Public Sans. Mono only where the content is machine data: hashes, addresses, amounts and code, never for ordinary prose.

Do and do not

Do

  • Let the object (the lattice, the piece) carry the page. Chrome stays quiet.
  • Write plain words a stranger can read in seconds.
  • Design phone first. 390 and 360 are the real canvas.
  • Use mono only for real data.

Do not

  • Add a colour outside the tokens or the piece palette above, a gradient on text, or a glassmorphism blur.
  • Use beige, brown, or a random colour tangent.
  • Stack a card inside a card, or use a side-stripe border for emphasis.
  • Use developer jargon in a label a buyer will read.
